This means no long journey, searching for a parking space and waiting in line for hours to collect your ski pass and queuing for the cable car. The Landhaus Lodge Anke is situated directly on the Maiskogel – only 230 meters from the slopes and thus, access to the glacier area. The start to a perfect ski day couldn’t be easier: have breakfast, get into your skiing outfit, and hit the slopes.

Every morning anew, the imposing Kitzsteinhorn draws all eyes towards its snowy glacier slopes, glistening in the sun. Therefore, every day there is a genuine anticipation in Kaprun for the day out on the slopes. Just as well that the lifts and slopes are just a few minutes’ walk or a few bus stops away.
First IN – as the name suggests, means that you can be the first on the slopes. From our First IN Mountain Chalets and Aurora Mountain Chalet, you’re just a few steps away from the Maiskogelbahn and the entrance to the glacier.

Free ski bus
Does your accommodation not have any direct access to the slopes? No problem because the Kitzsteinhorn and Maiskogel ski passes are also valid as bus tickets so you can leave your car and give your nerves a break! With the ski bus and ski lifts, you can focus on what matters during the most precious time of the year: spending a relaxing winter vacation stress free.

Village bus Kaprun
On vacation, it is most practical not to have to use the car at all. In Kaprun, guests who do not live directly on the slopes are not left out, the ski and village bus included in the ski pass takes all winter sports enthusiasts to the nearest lift every 15 minutes from morning to night – to the start of unrestricted winter fun. All of our apartments are near the ski slopes – a maximum of three bus stops from the nearest ski lift with the lines K1 and K2.
