About the Sigmund Thun Gorge
The Klammsee circuit is best combined with a visit to the Sigmund Thun Gorge. We have summarized all details about the gorge under this link. After leaving the gorge, the trail leads along the lake to the mouth of the Kapruner Ache. There you cross the Ache over a small wooden bridge where a kiosk restaurant with sun terrace and playground awaits you. After your children have finished the excursion with a cool drink, they can continue to explore the area. Tip: On hot summer days, take a bathing suit with you. If you dare, jump into the ice-cold Klammsee after the hike. On the sandbanks of the upper part of the Klammsee you can also just dip your feet in.
