Toboggan run Wildkogel Arena

A tobogganing experience in a class of its own awaits you in Oberpinzgau. In the Wildkogel Arena, the extra-long toboggan run winds through the dreamy winter forest for an incredible 14 km. It starts at the mountain station of the Smaragdbahn Bramberg.

Kohlschnait toboggan run

Stomp up through the snow and comfortably jet down the toboggan run. However, if you would prefer to leave your energy for tobogganing, you can also get the toboggan express up to the start of your toboggan adventure which is an experience in itself! Cozy rooms and hearty delicacies await you at the Kohlschnait Inn at the start of the toboggan run. Before you head down into the valley, you can have a lot of fun snow tubing.

Whether with family or friends – tobogganing near Kaprun is as much a part of winter vacations as Kaprun is to the Kitzsteinhorn. The winter activity is popular with the young and young at heart. Tips for safe tobogganing.

  • Always hold the toboggan by the loop
  • Wear appropriate clothing: Ski goggles, scarf, hat, ski pants, gloves, sturdy boots – no ski boots.
  • Tip: Sledding with a helmet is even safer!
  • Be considerate of other toboggan run users
  • Observe barriers and warnings
